Any lost orders must be reported within 15 business days of receiving your order. If the tracking number shows that it has been delivered but not received, you might consider looking for the package somewhere near your premise or asking your household and neighbors to check if they may have taken the package for safekeeping. You may also contact the courier as soon as possible and let them know that your package was never delivered to officially put them on notice. For further resolution, please contact us via email, live chat, or phone to report the lost shipment. In most cases, we are able to file a lost package claim with the courier on your behalf so we can initiate a search investigation. If you have security footage at the time of delivery, you may also send us a copy of it so we can also append it to our claim.
